What You Will Contribute:
The HR Generalist provides administrative and organisational support to all employees, particularly in relation to administrative HR topics. This position also supports the HR Manager in ongoing projects relating to employer branding and L&D measures (e.g. organisation of onboarding schedules, team events, training communication and updating employee information).
Job Duties:
Conduct ongoing data collection to further prepare and enter data for monthly payrolls.
Process time recording/absences for employees.
Manage all data in Workday (HRIS Software) such as moves, new hires, terminations etc.
Prepare employment contracts and other documents (e.g. changes, terminations, etc.).
Responsible for HR administration such as creation of employment contracts/master data maintenance.
Provide support during the entire Employee Life Cycle.
Support HR projects in the fields of process optimization and digitalization.
Prepare regular management reports as well as ad hoc reports as needed.
Education and Experience:
Completed sound economic education or university degree with specialization in Human Resources
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency with MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel) required
Excellent German and very good English skills required
User knowledge with HRIS software and payroll knowledge

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment
We follow the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry (valid from 1 Jan 2026). The minimum full‑time gross salary is €2,727.40, with the possibility of additional overpayment based on experience and qualifications.
