Part-Time Shipping and Receiving Administrator/Maintenance Tech - Carlstadt, NJ

International and Domestic HazMat shipping documentation and packing/routine preventative maintenance tasks

Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for the completion of shipping documents for Haz-Mat, International and Domestic shipments via overnight and common carriers. 
• Packing of HazMat sample shipment in compliance with DOT, IMDG and IATA regulations
• Loading and unloading transport vehicles via forklift and pallet jacks
• Routine PM tasks (changing of HVAC filter, lighting maintenance, etc.)
• arrangements for shipment of goods (Fed-X, and all preferred carriers)
• Routine building maintenance tasks such as painting, changing HVAC filters, revamping
• Assisting maintenance mechanics on larger projects
• Maintains work order records
• Supplies stocked
• SunCare Compliance

Education & Experience
 

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Strong math and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
