We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented site/civil engineering professional with 2-7 years of experience to contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles, a passion for technical design, and a keen interest in integrated design and delivery processes. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of project development.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Technical Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Utilization of Autodesk Civil 3D for design and documentation.</li> <li>Perform civil and site engineering analysis for site plans, site layout, utilities, stormwater management, green infrastructure, earthwork, grading, erosion control under the direct supervision of a senior engineer.</li> <li>Assist with due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis.</li> <li>Assist with preparation of permit applications for applicable jurisdictional agencies.</li> <li>Attend various meetings, days or evenings.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation of design documentation including Civil 3D models and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.</li> <li>Conduct research on materials, products, municipal/zoning codes, systems, and sustainable design practices to inform project decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architecture, sustainability, construction, and other consultants, to support the integrated delivery of projects.</li> <li>Perform onsite surveys of existing site conditions and document field measurements and observations.</li> <li>Assist in production of final permit, bid and construction drawings.</li> <li>Perform construction phase activities including submittal review and construction site observations.</li> <li>Participate in cross-discipline career development.
