We are seeking a Case Manager (Qualified Professional or Associate Professional) to join our Child & Family Intensive In-Home (IIH) team. In this role, you will provide strength-based, community-focused support to children and families experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community settings, promoting recovery, skill-building, and stabilization. Candidates may qualify as a Qualified Professional (QP) or Associate Professional (AP)—APs include individuals with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (or NC-licensed RNs) who have not yet met the required MH/DD/SA experience and will work under a supervision plan until fully qualified.We are hiring Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional – Child and Family Services

The Position: We’re hiring for our Intensive In-Home team — as either a Qualified Professional (QP) or Associate Professional (AP).
Bonus: $3,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule: Full time, flexible schedule; some duties may be completed remotely.
AP / QP Position Requirements:
To qualify under AP status (or as a QP with required experience), candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree (non-human services field) plus four or more years of full-time experience with the population served.
Bachelor’s degree (human services field) plus two or more years of full-time experience with the population served.
Master’s degree (or higher) plus one or more years of full-time experience with the population served.
OR license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession.
Responsibilities:
Working with children and families in the community developing healthy family systems.
Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community
Supporting at risk youth in the developing of life management skills.
Supporting the family in various skill building activities, including: daily and community living skills, socialization skills, adaptation skills, and behavior and anger management
Participating in a first responder on-call rotation system available to family and children supported by the team.
Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals
The Location: RHA Intensive In Home is based in Marion, North Carolina and serves McDowell and Mitchell Counties.
