We are seeking a highly motivated IT Associate with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote but candidates must be located a commutable distance to Windsor Mill, MD.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Manage and monitor IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Ensure systems and data are secure and backed up regularly
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and implement IT solutions
- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to end users as needed
- Stay current with IT trends and best practices
