Senior Belonging Program Manager

The Senior Belonging Program Manager will be instrumental in leading strategic initiatives that align with our diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities, driving our People strategy forward. This role will help create an inclusive workplace where team members can bring their whole selves to work, contributing to a diverse and high-performing culture.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Lead Initiatives: Develop and implement key DEI programs, such as partnerships with employee resource groups (ERGs) and mentorship programs, while establishing reporting mechanisms to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion Inclusion: Provide insights into best practices for hiring, retention, equity, and career development, and design learning and development pathways for leaders at all levels.
  • Facilitate Training: Conduct online training sessions and in-person workshops related to inclusion initiatives, fostering a deep understanding of belonging within the organization.
  • Analyze Metrics: Collaborate with the People Analytics team to manage and oversee inclusion and belonging metrics, delivering accessible insights to inform strategy and support leaders as needed.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Business Partnership team to integrate equity best practices into workflow planning and talent reviews, advocating for inclusive leadership throughout the organization.

  • Facilitation and Training Skills: Through the development and delivery of training sessions and workshops, you’ll grow your facilitation skills, learning how to engage and motivate diverse audiences. This hands-on experience will refine your communication and public speaking abilities, making you a more effective educator and mentor.

Things You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of initiatives that drive belonging and inclusion, including oversight of the program budget and management of external Belonging webpages and key awards.
  • Prepare the annual Belonging report and manage communication updates, including newsletters that highlight community strategies and the work of ERGs.
