As a Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive search team by conducting in-depth research, sourcing high-quality candidates, and delivering comprehensive market insights. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Researcher to join our executive recruitment team. As a Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive search team by conducting in-depth research, sourcing high-quality candidates, and delivering comprehensive market insights. You Will:
- Conduct comprehensive research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions across various industries and functions.
- Utilize various research methods, including online databases, professional networking platforms, and industry publications, to gather relevant information and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with executive search consultants to understand client requirements, develop search strategies, and define candidate profiles.
- Execute targeted candidate outreach through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals, ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess their fit for specific executive roles, utilizing a combination of resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our internal systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the recruitment team, HR and hiring managers.
- Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles, presentations, and progress reports to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- Stay informed about relevant industry events, conferences, and talent acquisition best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment research
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, and present information effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Google X-ray, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with professionals at all levels.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
