Are you ready to take your payroll expertise to the next level? Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Payroll Representative in our Payroll team supporting our Belgium and France locations.

As a Senior Payroll Representative, your primary mission is to ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time, adhering to country-specific tax legislation, labor conditions, and company policies. You will be the backbone of our payroll operations, performing and coordinating administrative and control activities with precision and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Efficient Payroll Management: Deliver Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management services efficiently and productively
• Confidential Processing: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy
• Timely Payments: Ensure employees and local authorities receive accurate and timely payments
• Compliance & Audits: Perform activities in line with Dow's internal control and compliance framework, including internal and external audits
• Employee Support: Act as an escalation point for employee queries related to payroll matters
• Project Representation: Represent the Payroll team in various projects, improvements, and change initiatives
• Query Management: Delegate and escalate queries appropriately, maintaining responsibility through to completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience
• Prior experience in internal controls and audits is preferred
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Other European language(s) is a plus

Your Skills

• Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience of ADP Streamline Payroll, Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP
• Cross-Functional Experience: Understanding of organizational interdependencies and experience working across functions and cultures
• Operational Expertise: Experience in high-volume payroll environments
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Coordination and Communication Skills: This role requires substantial coordination with various internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing accountability and ownership of data and processes
• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work
