Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sportsbook Cashier/Sportsbook Supervisor to join our team in Florence, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sportsbook operations, providing excellent customer service, and managing a team of cashiers.

• Process sports betting transactions accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and train sportsbook cashiers to ensure high-quality customer service
• Manage cash drawers, handle large sums of money, and maintain accurate records
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies
• Monitor sports events and update odds as necessary
• Assist in creating work schedules and managing staff performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a casino or sportsbook environment
• Proven track record in cash handling and customer service
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to handle large sums of money accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software related to sports betting
• In-depth knowledge of sports betting operations and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to get gaming license
