The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you will join a team with diverse levels of experience. The varying levels of experience allow a true collaborative learning environment in how we approach getting work done. Our team uses multiple technologies and tools and the work you do will impact the development cycle from creating efficiencies in coordinating work with our business partners, the development team, and other IT teams. As member of the Agile Team you will be responsible for defining Stories and working with the Product Owner to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team. You will have a hands-on approach in working in a collaborative environment of the requirements gathering in an agile environment, building work stories for development team along with ongoing support and communication to our business partners.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have impact on the organization through the following responsibilities:

• Lead/Conduct advanced elicitation and documentation of business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive requirements
• Break down requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and review with the development team.
• Advanced understanding of process modelling including the use of appropriate modelling tools, techniques, and standards.
• Manage relationships with business partners, teammates, and other members of the IT organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work on requirements with no supervision.
• Agile experience is a nice to have.
