Gray Construction is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst II with a background in Artificial Intelligence solutions to be based in our Lexington, KY office.

Who we want… (Requirements)
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years business systems analyst experience
- Technical project management and team coordination experience
- Demonstrates a curious interest in exploring the latest advancements in AI technology.
- Actively seeks opportunities, within Gray, to implement AI concepts and applications.
- Shows enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools and techniques to solve complex problems.
- Exhibits a proactive approach to staying updated with AI trends and innovations.
- Passionate about contributing to AI projects and collaborating with others in the field.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and a diverse portfolio of projects
- Work with key stakeholders to strategically prioritize projects that align with business objectives.
- Technically savvy with an understanding of database concepts, functional AI setups, cybersecurity, and business processes
- Strong people skills: ability to interact and collaborate with all levels across the organization.
- Excellent in writing effective documentation including but not limited to requirements, process flow maps, and use cases
- Effective change management skills, analytical skills & process orientation
- Previous experience training end-users in the use of applications and processes

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
This individual serves as an ambassador by helping internal customers manage the system(s) and assists with the current processes and data analysis. The individual will work with other business systems analysts and the supported team to improve system(s) use and business operations. This team member works closely with the team to interpret the data and develop solutions and processes that provide value for the business.
- Detailed understanding of AI solutions and other intelligent vendor offerings.
- Fosters a working relationship with vendor(s) and works with vendor system support to resolve questions and issues
- Experience with AI readiness, literacy, GenAI, AI ethics, risk, and security.
- Trains new and existing users of the systems; create/maintain users manuals to support training efforts.
- Ability to oversee and maintain AI solutions, licenses, request processes, and business process improvements for key users.
- Gathers and defines business requirements and process improvements.
- Evaluates, supports, and optimizes the business processes and systems that support AI ambitions, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, security, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
- Collaborates with leadership and the supported team to identify system improvements and enhancements, and requirements; recommend and implement solutions.
- Assists with building dashboards in Business Intelligence environment regarding various operational metrics.
