About the role

What we expect from you:

  • Develop communication and training materials for the Global Strategic Planning tools, with the aim to create awareness and maintain tool knowledge and capabilities for end-users in OPCOs.
  • Work with us as a fully fledged  team member. Note this internship is positioned for getting on-the-job experience rather than a graduation project.

 

Your focus areas within our team:

  • Enhance Onboarding: We're revamping our onboarding process to ensure it's smooth for new users, we expect you to create engaging video tutorials and interactive guides to support the learning curve of our colleagues.
  • Training Materials Updates: Update our existing materials on the tools we have available for users and propose improvements on learning materials updates.
  • Improve Accessibility: Making our tutorials available across various online platforms like MS Teams and SharePoint. Provide the users the support they need just a click away.
  • Make an impact: Enhance the UI/UX design of our toolset. As an intern, you'll explore ideas to elevate user experiences. While familiarity with AIMMS Web UI is beneficial, it's not mandatory. Your role involves collaborating with our internal development team to enrich the user experience across our tools.

 

Your competences, skills & background

  • Studying in the field of communication, human-computer interaction, digital design, interaction design or similar with a focus on technology and learning and development.
  • You will be working in a supply chain department, so background or knowledge of Supply Chain related topics and/or modelling is a plus.
  • Experience in developing digital communication, such as video editing, visuals, webinars, by using Photoshop, Moviemaker, or similar programs.
  • Knows how to work with Microsoft platform, incl (online) versions of basic business software such as PowerPoint, Excel etc.
  • Good in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in or passion for employee communication and engagement
  • You are pro-active, creative  and well structured, can work individually (remote), 
  • Availability for a duration of 6 months/ 5 days per week.
  • Note that for this position you need to be currently based in The Netherlands and be enrolled in a study programme for the full duration of the internship.
