Physician Assistant Level I - Orthopedics - Queens Medical Group - Full Time - DaysNewYork-Presbyterian Hospital offers a unique opportunity for Physician Assistants to experience autonomy, camaraderie, and the practice of evidence-based medicine. Join our world-class Orthopedic service and contribute to improving patient care.As a Physician Assistant Level I, you will:- Clinical Practice: Manage patient care, consult with specialists, and assist in surgical procedures across various orthopedic subspecialties.
- Outpatient Care: Provide care at multiple outpatient locations in Queens, including Jackson Heights, Fresh Meadows, and Long Island City.
- Inpatient Care: Manage post-operative care for patients in the hospital.
- Surgical Assisting: Assist in surgical procedures as a first or second assistant.
his is a full time day shift position located in Queens, NY. This position has no overnight or on-call duties, but includes occasional weekend/holiday inpatient floor coverage.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
New York State Physician Assistant license
NCCPA certification
Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care
Preferred Qualifications:
Orthopedic experience preferred but not required.

Salary Range:
