Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, nurture business relationships, and support revenue growth across B2B channels. This role focuses on demand generation, content marketing, digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and is skilled in aligning marketing efforts with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop strategy and execute B2B marketing plans that support business development, account acquisition, and revenue goals.
- Define campaign goals, KPIs, target personas, and content strategy tailored to B2B audiences.
- Aligning with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging and outreach support pipeline health.
- Oversee the Arch Amenities Group brand and drive its extension across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and vision.
Demand Generation:
- Lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, paid search, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
- Own the marketing funnel and continuously improve conversion rates through data-driven strategies.
Content Marketing:
- Create and oversee the development of case studies, webinars, blog posts, solution sheets, and thought leadership for B2B buyers.
- Ensuring content supports the full sales cycle and aligns with customer pain points and industry trends.
- Collaborate with SMEs, product marketing, and content creators to deliver high-quality, relevant assets.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Develop and manage ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts or verticals.
- Partner with sales teams on personalization, outreach strategies, and co-branded materials.
Digital & Event Marketing:
- Manage B2B website content, landing pages, and SEO strategies focused on lead capture and education.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and industry conferences that support relationship building and thought leadership.
Sales Enablement & Creative Support
- Develop and design pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing materials that align with brand standards and support Business Development.
- Utilize tools like Canva and PowerPoint to create visually compelling, persuasive assets tailored to target audiences.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI; provide insights and optimization recommendations.
