Toyota's Portland Vehicle Distribution Center is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Member. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Team Member is responsible for the timely receipt, processing and distribution of Toyota and Lexus vehicles including accessory installation, rail loading/unloading and vehicle movement maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Starting hourly wage of $21.59 with pay increases every 6 months until full wage is reached - $26.49 - $29.83 depending on job classification

• Attendance bonus up to $300.00 per quarter

• Shift hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, plus overtime and weekend work as needed

What you bring

• An interest in cars and the quality production process that is the hallmark of Toyota as a company

• A commitment to safety and quality, including strong attention to detail

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other similar equipment or a strong desire to learn

• Possess and Maintain a Valid Driver License

• Possess and Maintain a Valid Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC), or ability to get one

• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles

• Ability to work outside in normal and inclement weather conditions.

• Willingness to join the Teamsters Local 305 Union

The annual base salary range for this position is

Paid holidays and paid time off

The company offers:

• 80 hours of vacation accrued monthly.
• 1 floating holiday for each company observed holiday you are scheduled to work - personal holiday.
• 13 company observed holiday + FH.
• 40 hours of sick time.
• 24 hours personal business.
