You will together with your colleagues play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business operations and promote a positive work environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Developing, implementing, driving, and supporting all HR processes through information activities, workshops, and management coaching.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Provide guidance on HR policy and best practices, promoting a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and equitable workplace</li> <li>Driving competence and leadership development.</li> <li>Support and coordination of operational HR and people change management (i.e. job changes, recruitments, promotions, organizational changes).</li> <li>Delivery of all processes in the HR annual cycle.</li> <li>Support, coordination and resolution of incoming requests for people and organizational matters.</li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul> <li><strong></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> </ul><ul> <li>8+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR generalist roles.</li> <li>Ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Preferably a broad understanding and interest in all HR areas and deeper knowledge in learning and development and leadership capabilities of our people.</li> <li>English – full working proficiency verbal and writing</li> <li>Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.</li> </ul><p><strong>Personal Characteristics for Success</strong></p><ul> <li>Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Empathetic and people-centered approach.</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organization.</li> <li>Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li> </ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>We have an inclusive and supportive work environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
