As the Strategic Growth &amp; Planning Operations Director, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to the SVP of Growth &amp; Planning, helping shape how the organization prioritizes, makes decisions, and executes against its most important opportunities.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4">You’ll sit at the center of a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with Growth Planning, Finance, CDI, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and regional teams to help leaders allocate attention, navigate trade-offs, and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.</p> <h3><strong>Core Areas of Responsibility</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="7,0,0">Own the operating rhythm and governance mechanisms for the Growth &amp; Planning leadership team to improve overall organizational effectiveness.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,1,0">Ensure leaders have clear visibility into priorities, performance, risks, dependencies, and strategic trade-offs.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,2,0">Create the management systems that drive accountability, alignment, and execution across the organization.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,3,0">Maintain a portfolio-level view of our highest-priority initiatives, helping leaders manage competing priorities and resource allocation.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,4,0">Identify organizational friction and cross-functional dependencies, driving resolution before they become barriers to progress.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,5,0">Ensure critical initiatives move smoothly from discussion to decision to execution with clear ownership and follow-through.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,6,0">Develop executive-level presentations, leadership updates, memos, and decision materials that support informed decision-making.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,7,0">Translate complex cross-fun
