About the role: 

The Nuclear Company’s Director for Digital Engineering and Technology Solutions is responsible for the development of Digital I&C fleet and project strategy development, technology use case identification and evaluation as well as management of the assigned engineering and IT/OT support personnel in the business area. This role reports into the SVP, Engineering.  

Responsibilities:

• Digital engineering playbook development 

• Digital Engineering Organizational design and development 

• OT & IT Strategy Development 

• OT & IT Technology Evaluation 

• Provide direction to a blended team of assigned technical resources to ensure technical rigor and quality and of internally produced and externally supplied engineering products 

Experience

• 10+ Years in Nuclear digital engineering 

• Nuclear facility codes and standards 

• Demonstrated technical writing skills. 

• Excellent analytical ability, consultative, and communications skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization (client, staff, management, etc.). 

• Demonstrated project management or leadership skills.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: 

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis.  The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
