How will you make an impact in this role?

The Director Finance – Global Servicing HQ will provide direct finance and analytical support to the President of Global Servicing, lead the financial planning & analysis function for the organization, and deliver cross-GS analytics. This role will provide coaching and leadership to ~4 direct reports.

  • Lead the FP&A processes for GS, including the Annual Plan, Plan Refresh, Long-Range Plan, and monthly Outlooks—coordinating Business Partners, LFO teams and EFP&A, and ensuring robust control and transparency into the organization’s financial performance.
  • Drive the creation of key senior leadership deliverables, including for audiences such as the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Business Unit President, CEO, and CFO.
  • Craft financial and business results material to be presented to the GS President and Senior Leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis, including deep dives into customer and business performance trends and implications to the organization’s financial outlook.
  • Own the Charge-out process across all GSG functions, to ensure business units’ P&Ls appropriately reflect the servicing demand they generate. This includes the forecast / quote calculation and communication.
  • Provide operating expense management and decision support for GS Headquarters.
  • Support critical cross-GS initiatives as needed including regulatory/compliance work and business transformation efforts.
  • Attract and develop diverse talent across the team to build a stronger bench for future movement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of data mining is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is a plus, 7+ years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading financial planning & analysis, or related function
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, capable of synthesizing complex information, communicating key messages and connecting the dots between business performance and enterprise strategy
  • Superior problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, strong learning agility and willingness to embrace new challenges
  • Adept at balancing priorities and customers to manage tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
