Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of inbound/outbound freight in order to maintain efficient merchandise flow and avoid loss of perishable merchandise 
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of inbound/outbound freight in order to maintain efficient merchandise flow and avoid loss of perishable merchandise 
• Organizes and maintains stockrooms including perimeter stockrooms according to department and category Maintains the DSD (Direct Store Delivery) receiving system ensuring all merchandise received is processed through the system
• Must be certified on all power equipment and assist in training and developing Processing Center Associates in stockroom and processing center functions
• Maintains all company safety and sanitation standards and adheres to all federal, state and local laws
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Strong reading, writing, verbal and arithmetic skills
• Retail experience, processing center experience or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and supplies, typically a minimum of 40lbs, but could be as much as 100lbs 
• Repetitive standing, bending, walking, lifting, stretching and reaching 
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation 
• Must be 18 years of age or older
