The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Warehouse Logistics Planner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Review Inbound and Outbound freight paperwork to ensure accurate count and measurement
• Create placards with address, forwarders and additional freight carriers’ information
• Receives inbound freight through Legacy and SAP system
• Prepares Outbound shipments through SAP system
• Communicates with Leads and Supervisors on any issues
• Review and responds to email account

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with receiving and shipping in a warehouse environment
• Experience booking transportation services
• Basic mathematical, coordinating and communication skills
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems, Word, Excel, Email and SAP
• Ability to move boxes on pallets

• On-site Saint Paul Distribution Center St. Paul, MN

Travel: Not Required

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $56,141 - $68,616, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
