Job Title: Product Owner

 

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Onsite)

 

Required Experience: 08+ Years

 

Technical Skills (Primary – Must have):

• Minimum 4 years of Healthcare Insurance experience, Care Management, Population Health, Clinical etc. is MANDATORY
• Minimum 8 years of working experience as a Product Owner
• Strong hands on in Data Analysis
• Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to monitor product performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Make data driven decisions to optimize product features and enhance customer satisfaction
• Clearly communicate product requirements updates and milestones to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories release notes and technical specifications
• Adept in stakeholder management working directly with Business and scrum teams single handedly
• Experience in driving requirements calls meeting, Business expectations and getting the deliverables completed on time
• Expertise in partnering with Business IT to define and manage the scope for each release
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

 

Good to have:

• CSPO Certification
• Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
