Position Overview
The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire a Support Service Coordinator II for the Treatment and Detention Facility located in Rushville, Illinois to work in an assigned shift in the Dietary Department. Directs support staff and residents on tasks in the Dietary Department. Directs residents on the preparation and serving of food. Ensures sanitation of the kitchen and related areas. Instructs support staff and residents in the operation of dishwasher, pot and pan machine, mixers, can openers, disposals, coffee makers, toasters, and any other kitchen utensils. Provides feedback to Rehabilitation Department on Resident’s performance of tasks. Maintains records of items removed from storage areas and stock workstations with supplies after each meal service. Cleans and sanitizes work areas after each job assignment, including special cleaning instructions.
