Project Manager

Our commercial service division continues to expand throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC installation, start-up, and service projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or transition a career in project management within the mechanical/HVAC industry. The Project Manager will work closely with senior managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure projects.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div> <ul> <li>Assist in planning and managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion</li> <li>Creation of standardized processes and closeout documents</li> <li>Coordinate scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries</li> <li>Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful execution</li> <li>Communicate project updates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders</li> <li>Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage project data, workflows, client information, and reporting</li> <li>Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications</li> <li>Support procurement of materials and equipment</li> <li>Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation</li> <li>Monitor job site progress and help resolve issues as they arise</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements</li> <li>Assist with project close-out, including final documentation and client sign-off</li> </ul> <div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)</li> <li>2 years of experience in project coordination, construction, HVAC, or related field</li> <li>Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn</li> <li>Experience with or proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related CRM software</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li> </ul> <div><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></div> <ul> <li>Familiarity with construction or mechanical project workflows<
