  • This position starts at $24.15. Final compensation is based on experience.

In this critically important role that directly supports the growth of Ensemble, the HR Generalist will provide hands-on HR support for all new and existing customer related associate integrations and M&A activity. This role will serve as an advisor, solution developer, facilitator, and execution arm in HR’s overall role in transitioning new associates successfully into Ensemble.

  • In connection with new clients, partner with operational leaders to understand and assess staffing requirements and expectations based on the needs of the business. [Workforce Planning]
  • Collaborate with Company leaders to ensure incoming associates are mapped to appropriate jobs within the Ensemble operational model. [Workforce Planning]
  • Support and collaborate with various HR functions to understand the “current state” benefits, compensation, work location, and other key employment information of transitioning associates to identify coverage, program, and practice gaps (and related cost, associate relations, and administrative implications) compared to Ensemble’s offerings; assist in the formulation of recommendations to address applicable gaps.
