Requisition Summary
PACCAR is searching for talented individuals to join our PACCAR Financial Team for 2025! The selected individual will work with our team in Lewisville, TX. We are pleased you are seeking an internship with PACCAR and wish you the best of luck!

The Intern will be a part of the PACCAR Financial Corp (PFC) Division, mainly supporting the Administration department and rotating through multiple departments within the organization. The intern will gain exposure and hands-on experience in the following departments: Administration, Collections, Wholesale Audit, Credit and Sales.
Internships are scheduled to begin in early to mid-May/June 2025
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Conducts title perfecting and follow-up activities which include:
- Reviewing new titles for accuracy and inputting information into required systems
- Conducting initial follow-up actions, either by telephone, e-mail, or written correspondence
- Preparing title applications or title correction paperwork.
- Prepare and distribute Dealer Title Deficiency letters.
- Conducts insurance follow-up activities which include:
- logging incoming insurance mail
- generating a report of expired policies and following up with customers
- Provide administrative support to dealers, customers, and management.
Skills / Competencies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills while maintaining high quality customer-service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, DocuWare and typing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment.
- Some basic knowledge of Asset Finance and/or Salesforce is nice, but not required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Education
Actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program.
