Join us in shaping our future–and yours. </span></span></p> <p><b><span lang="EN-US"> </span></b></p> <p><b><span lang="EN-US">What You Will Do:</span></b><span lang="EN-US"><span>  </span></span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"> </span><u><span lang="EN-US">Key Responsibilities</span></u><b><span lang="EN-US"> </span></b><span lang="EN-US"></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Lead supply planning process improvements in close conjunction with Gpex for EMEA supply chain</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Responsibilities will not only include leading supply planning process improvements and drive changes thru IBP forums in supply planning including MRP, but also synchronize the same with new ERP and planning systems </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Work closely with the Smart Ops team to drive agility in our sites, both internal and external manufacturing</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Drive Inventory and SLOB improvements in region </span></span></span></li> <li><span lang="EN-US"><span><span>Responsible for driving digital projects related to supply planning in the region in coordination with DTO</span></span></span></li> </ul></span><p></p><h2 xmlns:ftl="http://www.taleo.net/ftl" xmlns:htm="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><span>Qualifications</span></h2><span><span> </span></span><span id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1444.row1" title=""><p><b><span lang="EN-US">What We Are Looking For:</span></b><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p> <p><u><span lang="EN-US">Required Qualifications</span></u><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">A minimum of a Master's degree is required, ideally with a focus in Supply Chain. </span><span lang="EN-US"></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">8 to 10 years of Supply chain experience is required with deep experience in supply planning </span><span lang="EN-US"></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Broad functional experience and knowledge of key processes of Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Project Management, Digital systems is highly recommended. </span><span lang="EN-US"></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Experience in interacting with Leadership, multiple cross functional teams, influencing change is highly preferred. Experience with Process improvements Planning Systems implementation is highly preferred. </span><span lang="EN-US"></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build credible relationships </span><span lang="EN-US"></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Leveraging expertise skills to drive effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, ways of working and tools across the business. </span><span lang="EN-US"></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Ability to remove barriers and influence diverse levels and areas of the organization. </span><span lang="EN-US"></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span lang="EN-US">Initiative-taker with ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a matrix environment required.</span><span lang=
