Your Role: Sales-Focused Tanning Consultant

As a Tanning Consultant, you are the face of Sun Tan City — welcoming clients, recommending the perfect services and products, and creating an experience that keeps them coming back. You’ll get hands-on sales training, learn how to read clients’ needs, and turn great service into measurable results (and bonuses).

What You'll Be Doing:

💼 SALES & SERVICE

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience while promoting memberships, packages, and products
• Use active listening and product knowledge to make personalized recommendations
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and company benchmarks
• Maintain strong client relationships to increase loyalty and drive repeat business

🧼 SALON EXPERIENCE

• Keep the salon clean, sanitized, and looking sharp at all times
• Clean tanning rooms and equipment between clients
• Assist with laundry, restocking, and maintaining lobby/restroom presentation

🤝 TEAMWORK & GROWTH

• Work as part of a high-energy, supportive team
• Take initiative and jump in where needed
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Take part in ongoing training and coaching for sales and client service

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing personality with great people skills
• Willingness to sell and confidence to recommend products & services
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, lift, and clean tanning equipment and salon areas
• Carry and stock product boxes as needed
