You will contribute to product development and create tools for our end-users. You will collaborate with various levels of management and technical staff.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Excellent degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in software development, proficiency in Python.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing an Apache Kafka cluster.</li><li> Experience in processing of large datasets, demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code.</li><li>Processing large data-sets with libraries such as numpy/Pandas and Dask or the tidyverse.</li><li>Knowledge of concepts and principles of distributed computing is a definite plus, as is knowledge in relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL), and modern, scalable storage technologies (e.g. S3).
