Business Development Associate - Entry Level

We’re looking for a motivated Entry Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals seeking a new path. Full training and mentorship are provided—no prior experience required!

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and new business opportunities

• Assist with the development and execution of sales and outreach strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and share client insights

• Monitor KPIs and assist in compiling performance reports

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
