About the Experience
The Resident Program is an intense ten month experience where you will have the unique opportunity to learn our global business. You are exposed to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading healthcare provider that it is today. During this time you will lead teams and projects, ultimately preparing you to run the operations of dialysis centers or a business division. The goal is to support your growth and development in becoming a DaVita leader.

The Redwoods Leadership Development Program prepares you for general management and leadership within DaVita. In addition to mentorship, executive exposure and skill-building workshops, the curriculum includes:
• Participating in development sessions
• Collaborating with teammates
• Visiting major DaVita offices
• Joining a week-long dialysis course
• Shadowing peer and senior leaders
• Managing a dialysis clinic
• Leading high impact projects & teams
• Attaining operational accountability
• Receiving 360 degree feedback
• Enhancing your emotional IQ
• Attending annual nationwide meeting • Outstanding leadership skills
• Excellent teamwork abilities and emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong analytical/financial competencies
• Ability to analyze short and long term needs
• Demonstrated persuasive communication skills
• Passion for DaVita’s mission and values
• Prior management consulting experience a plus
• No healthcare background required

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
