Security & Housing Supervisor - Sol Duc Hot Springs

Job Description

The Security and Housing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the security of people and/or property in the assigned area(s).  Responsibilities may include but are not limited to assisting clients, customers, and visitors to and on site, enforcing site regulations, reporting safety hazards, assisting with traffic control, etc. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety of both employees and guests
• Conduct safety walk-throughs of all areas
• Enforce safety related policies in both guest facing areas and employee housing
• Oversee cash drops, cashier audits, etc when available
• Assist with room inspections, new employee tours, and employee events
• Assist in emergency situations
• Assist other departments as needed
• Must be able to de-escalate conflicts in a calm and professional manner
• Expected to help maintain a positive and fun working environment while putting safety first
• Inventory and maintain first aid kits

Qualifications

•    Previous experience in a security role preferred

•    Ability to assess situations and handle them accordingly

•    Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision

•    Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

•    Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lb

•    Requires frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs

•    Must be able to work days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays as required by location

• First Aid/ CPR Certification preferred. We will provide for the right candidate.
