Our Data, Digital, and Analytics empowers business partners across Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs (CMG) to make impactful decisions by leveraging data, analytics, business products, and AI/ML to enable fast, targeted actions in rapidly evolving business contexts.

Job Summary

This role will also support forecasting and strategic modeling efforts by contributing to patient-based and revenue forecast models, scenario analyses, and business planning activities. The individual will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help translate market, clinical, and competitive dynamics into forecast assumptions and actionable insights that inform planning for in-line and pipeline assets.

Key Responsibilities

● Forecasting & analytics:

  • Support the development and refinement of patient-based and revenue forecast models for in-line and pipeline assets.
  • Conduct forecasting analyses, sensitivity testing, and scenario modeling to inform business planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the translation of market, epidemiology, competitive, and clinical insights into forecast assumptions and business implications.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support forecasting deliverables and planning processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, key questions, and priorities, and ensure alignment with project objectives and analytic lead direction.

● Take an enterprise mindset, linking individual responsibilities with broader organization; focus on outcomes that provide most business and patient value.

● Contribute to continuous organizational improvement by sharing best practices, identifying opportunities for automation, and enhancing the efficiency and impact of analytic workflows.

● Play an active role in the adoption of analytical products by staying up to date on the product roadmap, participating in training, user testing (as needed), and providing constructive feedback to ensure products are integrated into workflows. Embed and integrate products into workflows and foster Data, Analytics, and AI's product-first culture.

● Effectively interact with and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and maintain high-quality deliverables.

● Actively contribute to the community of practice by sharing knowledge, participating in discussions, and supporting peers to enhance collective expertise and drive continuous improvement.

● Balances individual, stakeholder, and department priorities to manage and shape own workload

● Build proficiency in tailoring communication to specific audiences, communicating and influencing stakeholders to secure buy-in

● Demonstrates the ability to independently handle project tasks, and proactively seeks managerial guidance as needed. Proactively identifies risks and seeks manager input to drive positive project outcomes.

Who You Are

Minimum Candidate Qualifications & Experience

● 3 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent with advanced education)

● Bachelor's Degree.
