Student Success Office Coordinator (temporary)

The Office Coordinator works 20 hours a week with the Student Success team to staff the front desk and help coordinate care for students at Calvin University. The position plays an important role in helping manage student support and resource students for learning from February 3 until May 2.
The Office Coordinator aids support of students at Calvin University. The role includes:
- Communicating with faculty, staff, and students to help facilitate effective care for students.
- Managing Coordinated Care ques in Salesforce including attendance/progress checks, help requests, academic advising inquiries, and mid-term feedback.
- Participating in Care Team as a notetaker and collaborative partner.
- Coordinating front desk operations including student scheduling and co-management.
- Providing hospitality at the Student Success front desk for 16 hours a week.
- Coordinate other office administrative tasks and duties as assigned
