Senior Director, Global Obesity Strategy
PfizerAbout the role
The Senior Director, Global Obesity Strategy Lead serves as a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping Pfizer’s portfolio-level commercial development strategy for the global obesity franchise. This role leads cross-functional strategic integration, drives end-to-end commercial strategy across multiple pipeline assets, and partners with senior leadership on high-impact decisions.
Operating as a senior strategic leader, this role requires a high sense of urgency, the ability to navigate significant ambiguity, and the capability to fluidly shift between asset‑level detail and portfolio‑wide strategic direction. The Senior Director must demonstrate exceptional cross‑functional leadership and communication skills, orchestrating complex integrations across clinical, commercial, and operational stakeholders. A successful candidate will bring deep scientific and business acumen, strong strategic judgment, and a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and governance bodies.
