Job Description
LOCATION: This role is open to applicants in the Philadelphia. This TPM4 will work onsite with the team in a hybrid environment per company policy. It is not approved for remote/virtual employment.

In this role you will be expected to:
- Understand and manage the scope of technical programs based on product, business, and budget requirements.
- Participate in planning and scheduling key program milestones.
- Create and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Identify and manage critical path tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Lead core technical teams and field resources during program execution and deployments.
- Define program goals and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and build consensus with appropriate management involvement.
- Estimate costs, manage budgets, and forecast resource needs.
- Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.
- Monitor for risk triggers and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and issues to stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage changes to program parameters, ensuring proper communication and process adherence.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of program deliverables.
- Develop and manage deployment strategies, schedules, and tools for field implementation.
- Contribute to organizational goals and strategic priorities through program execution.
- Exercise independent and collaborative judgment in decision-making.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you need to succeed (minimum requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years experience or equivalent years experience.
- Experience in program/project planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of technical domains (e.g., software, hardware, systems).
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive alignment.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Risk analysis, budget, and resource forecasting.
- High level of accountability and discretion.
- Adaptability to changing schedules and demands.
