Job Description

LOCATION: This role is open to applicants in the Philadelphia. This TPM4 will work onsite with the team in a hybrid environment per company policy. It is not approved for remote/virtual employment.

In this role you will be expected to:

• Understand and manage the scope of technical programs based on product, business, and budget requirements.
• Participate in planning and scheduling key program milestones.
• Create and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Identify and manage critical path tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
• Lead core technical teams and field resources during program execution and deployments.
• Define program goals and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and build consensus with appropriate management involvement.
• Estimate costs, manage budgets, and forecast resource needs.
• Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor for risk triggers and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and issues to stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage changes to program parameters, ensuring proper communication and process adherence.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of program deliverables.
• Develop and manage deployment strategies, schedules, and tools for field implementation.
• Contribute to organizational goals and strategic priorities through program execution.
• Exercise independent and collaborative judgment in decision-making.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you need to succeed (minimum requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years experience or equivalent years experience.
• Experience in program/project planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of technical domains (e.g., software, hardware, systems).
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Risk analysis, budget, and resource forecasting.
• High level of accountability and discretion.
• Adaptability to changing schedules and demands.
