If you have a strong background in Linux-based software development and a passion for cutting-edge technology, we want to hear from you!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop new features for our high-performance storage platforms.</li> <li>Maintain and enhance existing software solutions.</li> <li>Analyze and resolve software bugs across multiple platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering Managers and distributed teams to understand product requirements.</li> <li>Contribute to technical documentation and product validation.</li> <li>Optimize performance for specific use cases and deployment environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in software development with <strong>C</strong> in Linux environments.</li> <li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience working with enterprise-class storage, <strong>HPC systems, or distributed systems.</strong></li> <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>Parallel File Systems, especially Lustre,</strong> is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Linux networking, kernel VFS, IO subsystems, and Ext4 file system</strong> is preferred.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Gerrit, and GitHub</strong> is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.</p>
