Senior Manager, Global Engineering Integration

Your Day-to-Day:

The Senior Manager, Global Engineering Integration, will lead the integration efforts across our global engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration, efficiency, and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering processes, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to driving excellence and consistency in global engineering practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of project engineers and project managers in support of project execution
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the global engineering teams.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
• Strategic Integration Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategies for integrating engineering processes, tools, and systems across global teams.
  • Identify and address potential integration challenges and risks, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align integration initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage PMs responsible for multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global engineering integration efforts.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, engineering leadership, and external partners. .

 

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 10+ years of experience in engineering roles with at least 5 years in a management position.
• Proven experience in leading and managing global engineering teams and complex integration projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) (Preferred)
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
