We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Identity and Access Governance (IAG) Analyst. The ideal candidate will oversee the management & governance of an IAM tool, along with conducting quarterly access recertifications (both automated and manual). Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in establishing and enhancing IAG processes, procedures and policies within the organization.

Expectation to work a partially overlapping shift with the US.

Key Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management (IAM) System Administration

• Administer and manage Saviynt, an IAM platform
• Conduct quarterly re-certification of access using the tool as well as manually
• Enhance tool’s capabilities to include user provisioning, authentication and authorization
• Generate reports on access governance and analyze data to improve IAG processes

Identity Governance

• Develop and enforce IAG processes, standards and policies
• Identify and mitigate access related security risks
• Work with various stakeholders, including IT, Engineering Enablement and Business Units to ensure aligned IAG strategies
• Provide training and support for IAG systems and processes

Compliance and Audit

• Ensure IAG processes meet regulatory requirements, preparing for and supporting audits
• Serve as a PoC for all IAG related audit and compliance requirements
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IAG

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in identity and access management, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk etc.
• Strong understanding of IAG concepts, including access controls and recertifications, authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle management
• Knowledge of identity and access management core principles like SoD, RBAC, ABAC etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Big4 experience a strong plus
