We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team in West Sacramento, CA. If you’re driven, safety-focused, and ready to grow with a company that values your experience, this is your moment.

The pay starts $25/hr and includes benefits, PTO and 401k.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred)

• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment (preferred)

• Strong awareness of safety practices and responsible driving habits

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Your Mission:

• Material Handling & Inventory Management.

• Receive, label, and bin-locate incoming stock using NetSuite.

• Pull and stage materials for work orders and projects, ensuring timely and clear communication via email or phone.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

• Perform bin transfers to optimize material organization and space efficiency.

• Maintain clear walkways, bay openings, and drop-off zones.

• Organize materials in ideal locations; assist with building shelving and racking as needed.

• Support safe and efficient forklift operation for staging orders.

• Help maintain a clean and accessible yard space.

• Oversee warehouse equipment, including monthly bump tests and calibrations. Manage truck fleet maintenance, including smog checks and routine upkeep. Perform dump runs and assist with general logistics as needed.

• Manage core return process, especially for warranty jobs, to ensure proper material replacement.

Before You Leap:

This is a safety-sensitive position and requires the following:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana testing.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, which includes lifting up to 50 lbs, twisting, kneeling, pulling, and squatting.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years).

Important Note: Although marijuana use may be legal in some states, federal guidelines and company policy require testing for all safety-sensitive positions per DOT standards.
