What you'll do...

  • Provide account support to identify solutions for customers with payment delinquencies.
  • Perform skip-tracing and collection duties to determine customer contact information and make account payments current.
  • Navigate through a variety of system applications while speaking with customers directly.
  • Display strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to find solutions to bring accounts current. Remain empathetic and emotionally resilient at all times when determining the best solution for the customer and Ford Pro FinSimple.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times (i.e., attendance, promptness, focus on job and tasks, always working and contributing) Identify issues and risks to the Company and keep Management informed.
  • Support the sales organization as required to complement business activities.
  • Support a culture which is driven by a sales mindset in order to grow commercial market share as well as maintain a high level of dealer and customer service.
  • Maintaining brand awareness.
  • Active involvement in action plans for meeting and exceeding Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals for customer, commercial customer, and dealer customer experiences (CX, CCX, DX, JD Power).
  • Supporting inclusion and diversity initiatives by understanding, respecting and valuing the differences that define employees as unique individuals.
  • Show team spirit by respecting the needs of others, offering to help, and having flexibility by joining in team efforts to work during our busiest times (near the holidays, etc.)
  • Welcome positive coaching and learning opportunities to improve your skills.
  • Adhere to PII procedures and processes to safeguard customer information. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines in order to achieve a "Compliant" rating on all reviews and audits.  Keep management informed.  Be aware of and adhere to all process changes when introduced.

You'll have... 

  • Proficient PC and typing skills, i.e. Excel and Word 
  • Must be comfortable with technology and leaning into change, as ongoing technology and process improvements are planned
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday which will include some evenings, and holidays.
  • Able to work a 40-hour work week plus limited overtime
  • Basic understanding of credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient technical skills with Ford Credit Business Applications, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of organization and time management.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills, independently identifying and implementing solutions to problems and overcoming challenges.
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly adapt communication style and approach as appropriate.
  • Ford Pro FinSimple Originations services all Market Areas and time zones in the United States. 
  • Applicants need to be willing to fulfill employment obligations in a work-from-home environment and have reliable, high-speed internet connectivity and a quiet space (minimal distractions or interruptions) from which to work at home.
