Marketing and Events Internships (Sustainability)

We are looking for two enthusiastic, energetic interns to join our small marketing, events and communications team. Your role will provide you with a broad range of marketing and communications experience and help you develop your professional skills and competencies. Please note that there are two different internship roles.

The candidates will ideally be able to start in March/April 2023 for a period of 6 months.

We do not provide visa sponsorship for internships.

Key Responsibilities

Events, production and digital marketing internship:

• Assistance with logistics, promotion, and partner collaborations for international events (both online and in-person)
• Supporting with set-up of event registration and production tools
• Overseeing part of the event-related digital marketing activities (including website, outreach, and social media)
• Maintaining and assisting in developing event-related web pages

Marketing operations internship:

• Improving and maintaining the gresb.com website (Wordpress)
• Supporting the use of Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (integrated marketing tool)
• Supporting sales by creating segmentation lists, dashboards, and reports (Salesforce and Google Analytics)
• Supporting the development of guidance, marketing and sales content for GRESB Assessments
• Market research

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to Business, Marketing, Management, Administration, Communications, Environmental Science and/or Policy; OR:
• You study Business Economics, Finance, Engineering, Environmental studies or related and are passionate about Sustainability and ESG issues.
• You have excellent collaboration skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
• You are very well organized and detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy, international environment;
• You have a high degree of comfort using common software packages and online tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Experience using design software/editing tools, Wordpress, CSS, Monday, Canva and Adobe Suite is a plus.
• You have the ability to work in the Netherlands.
