Senior End to End Planner
This role performs an end to end planning for all new product introductions (NPI), end of life (EOL) and product transitions. The role will require solid understanding of the end to end planning process. A mix of technical and interpersonal skills will be needed to optimally lead both the planning results as well as the communication to extended teams.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as E2E planner / planning project manager for all US and Canada NPI, EOL, and sku transitions
- Lead demand, supply, replenishment planning for new, transition and “to be discontinued” products
- Connect with all planning teams to ensure synchronization of activities
- Identify potential over or under supply situations and work with extended team to resolve with minimal impact to customers or P&L
- Development of repeatable and automated planning processes for NPI/EOL and transition
- Lead development of customization and automation in Kinaxis Rapid-Response to automate and minimize “touches” in NPI/EOL planning process
- Track and communicate results of individual launches as well as process improvements to a broad audience including Sr. Leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, finance, statistics, computer science, business or related field
- At least 5 years in supply chain planning roles with a detailed knowledge of:
- Inventory planning with multi echelon inventory optimization
- Demand Planning and demand sensing
- Materials Planning
- Replenishment Planning
- Production Master Scheduling
- Customer order processing
- Significant experience successfully planning new products and managing discontinuations
- Experience in:
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Visualization tools (Power BI, Domo, Sigma, and/or Tableau)
- Supply chain planning software (Kinaxis Rapid-Response (highly preferred), SAP IBP, SAP APO, etc)
- SAP R/3, ECC or S4
Preferred Qualifications:
- APICS certification
- Experience in SQL and Python, Cloud environments (Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $88,800.00 - $131,250.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
