What You’ll Do:
The Regional Manager – Behavioral Health Services is responsible for the operational, clinical, and strategic oversight of both Community-Based and Day Treatment programs within a designated region. This leadership role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, and team development across multiple program locations. The Regional Manager works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that services meet client needs, promote staff excellence, and align with organizational goals. This position also contributes to agency-wide initiatives, represents the organization in the community, and leads regional performance improvement strategies aligned with key performance indicators.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral or mental health services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing behavioral health programs.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating services across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to behavioral and mental health services.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and staff.
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex behavioral health challenges.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
