About the role

The Opportunity: Sr. HR Analytics

The Sr. HR Analytics at WSP Global will play a key role in leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decisions related to our most valuable asset – our people. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that inform talent management strategies, improve employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness.

What you can expect to do here:

  • Lead and support the HR Analyst with collecting and organizing HR data from various sources across the regions, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant platforms. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and data cleansing activities.
  • Build predictive models to anticipate future workforce trends and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of HR data reports for internal and external stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to ESG, headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement metrics.
  • Analyze people-based metrics to identify trends and provide insights that will drive HR strategy and decision-making. This includes metrics related to employee performance, talent acquisition, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Generate Global Dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders. Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for improving HR programs and processes.
  • Collaborate with the ESG and Investor relations teams and other functions as required.
  • Other Project Support: Provide analytical support for HR projects and initiatives, including the design and implementation of HR systems and processes.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • HCM Oracle experience is preferred.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $83,100 - $148,060
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $83,100 - $138,930
