RedisAbout the role
Who we are
We're Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. (If you checked the weather, used your credit card, or looked at your flight status online today, you’re welcome.) At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in?
Why would you love this job?
You’ll sit at the center of growth strategy, turning ambiguous questions into clear, actionable insights that directly influence how we acquire, activate, and retain customers. This role has real impact: your work will help shape decisions —and you’ll see your analysis show up in shipped experiments and measurable results.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that surface performance trends, cohort behavior, and leading indicators
- Own analysis across the full growth funnel (acquisition → activation → conversion → retention + upsell), identifying the biggest opportunities to drive impact
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, measure, and interpret experiments
- Develop clear narratives from data—connecting what’s happening to why it’s happening and what we should do next
- Analyze channel performance, messaging tests, and audience segments to improve efficiency and conversion rates
What will you need to have?
- Strong experience analyzing growth or marketing data in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment
- Deep proficiency in SQL/Python and comfort working directly with raw data (data warehouse, event-level data)
- Experience designing experiments and interpreting results (A/B tests, cohort analysis, funnel analysis)
- Strong data presentation skills - ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations
Extra great if you have:
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve funnels
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, GA4, Looker, Hex, Tableau

- Ability to influence a high-performance company on its way to IPO
