Eliot's Early Intervention Program (EI) supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford areas. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience in infancy/early childhood, the willingness to travel and the ability to work a flexible work schedule in a fast paced environment contingent upon the child's and families needs.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Observe and evaluate&nbsp; children to assist with identifying functional goals and interventions</li> <li>Provide intervention in the areas of postural control, mobility, muscle tone, range of motion, sensory integration, perceptual motor, oral motor, and activities of daily living.</li> <li>Develop and ensure follow-up to treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).</li> <li>Offer training, input and guidance to the Team that promotes client independence&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Observe and evaluate clients to identify conditions and needs, collaborating with the team to determine effective actions</li> <li>Serve as
