To<span> realize this dream there’s lots of work ahead of us - including driving dynamic growth in the startup and SMB segments in the DACH and US markets.</span></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <h2><strong><span><span>What will you do?</span></span></strong></h2><ul><li><p><strong><span><span>Cash Management: </span></span></strong><span><span>Manage payments, transfers, and approval processes, including corporate card management. Prepare and control cash flow forecasts and liquidity management. Handle foreign exchange conversions, hedging transactions, and intercompany financing. Coordinate external financing (loans, factoring) and maintain relationships with banks.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong><span><span>Billing: </span></span></strong><span><span>Oversee end-to-end billing processes (domestic, international, intercompany) and ensure legal compliance.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong><span><span>Accounts Payable &amp; Expense Management: </span></span></strong><span><span>Process supplier invoices and implement AP approval and PO processes. Administer employee expense reimbursements and corporate card spending. Manage fixed assets and cost centers.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong><span><span>Reporting &amp; Compliance: </span></span></strong><span><span>Prepare and submit financial and statistical reports (including bank and national reporting). Coordinate the annual audit and ensure availability of financial documentation.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong><span><span>Financial Administration: </span></span></strong><span><span>Prepare and support accounting and payroll administration processes.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong><span><span>Team Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management: </span></span></strong><span><span>Lead the Finance Operations team, prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. Collaborate continuously with key stakeholders (Sales, Project Management Office, Management). </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong><span><span>Build &amp; Optimize Finance Operations: </span></span></strong><span><span>Design and implement end-to-end finance operations processes (billing, AP/AR, PO approval, cost allocation).
