Summary:

The Catering Aide prepares, gathers, delivers and sets up food and supplies needed for all catered events. The Catering Aide prepares table settings and cleans meeting rooms and supplies after catered events. The Catering Aide works production, trayline, stocking, and other qualified areas during catering downtime, based on departmental needs. Keeps catering areas and event rooms clean and organized.

Education & Experience:

  • High school degree or GED

  • Demonstrated competence in a food service setting for at least 6 months.

  • Three years' experience in catering preferred.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Effective customer service skills.


Certification/Licensure:

  • Must have valid City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card or obtain within 10 working days of hire.
