General Profile
An Experienced ERM Professional passionate about identifying, assessing, and reporting on enterprise-wide risks, as well as providing data-driven insights and recommendations to mitigate those risks.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Risk Management

  • Develop and maintain ERM methodology and tools
  • Coordinate and administer the ERM program to gather and report risk mitigation results
  • Prepare and present risk reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in risk exposure and performance
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and emerging risks in the industry and regulatory environment

Data Analytics Capabilities

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive risk management solutions.
  • Assess the completeness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Technical Internal Controls Expertise

  • Lead audit programs in the specified project timeline with low complexity, risk and subjective judgment. 
  • Lead audit planning for assigned scope areas, conducts process interviews and walkthroughs with the auditor, and documents key attributes. Strives to become an expert on scope areas, refines and enhances standards, assists other auditors during planning.
  • Conduct efficient and effective audit procedures following established GIA/SOX/IIA/ISACA standards, utilizes the project RACI to meet audit objectives, and ensure work papers are complete and follow standard requirements for quality and re-performance.  
  • Establishes and improves audit methodology and templates, uses experience and understanding to suggest expanding or shrinking scope as necessary.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of integrated business and system processes.
  • Communicate technical issues in simplified terms to relevant audit staffs.
  • Identify and evaluate audit issues within assigned scope, reviews methodology, evidence, and conclusions with Engagement Manager, utilizes standard issue write-up format and structure for report consolidation.  
  • Aligns and presents issues to all level of auditor management and CAE.  May assist other auditors in closing issues.
  • Conduct SOX testing and status the PMO on issues.


Functional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of ERM frameworks and standards, such as COSO, ISO, etc.
  • Relevant certifications include CPA, CISA, CIA, PMP, CERA, CRM, CRMA

Business Expertise

  • Strong understanding of integrated business and system processes.
  • Financial and IT application experience (SAP, GRC, Hadoop, Tableau).

  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

U.S. Salary Range:

$108,000.00 - $148,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
